Objective:

In course of the ECDIS Type Specific (SAM Electronics Platinum) training delegates acquire manufacture specific details of this ECDIS system handling to ensure the safe and efficient navigation. Upon completion of the training, they will be able to set the SAM Electronics ECDISPILOT Platinum system up, perform watchkeeping duties competently with its aid, work with charts and display obtaining any necessary navigational data, understand the meaning and cope with system alarms.
