H2S Training
Objective:
The H2S Training was developed in order to guarantee that new comers into Oil and Gas industry are inducted about specific hazards connected with H2S gas and possess necessary safety skills to manage proper emergency response in case of H2S accident at the worksite.
Course Content:
• Properties and characteristics of Hydrogen Sulphide;
• Practical methods of gas detection;
• Breathing apparatus and filter masks wearing module;
• Emergency response, rescue tactics;
• First aid in H2S post exposure conditions.
Assessment: Written test consisting of 20 questions.
Target Audience: All offshore and marine personnel whole are likely to encounter H2S gas and hazards related to it in course their job duties.
Pre-requisites: Valid medical fitness certificate.
Validity: 2 years.
