This training covers requirements of the entire Regulation V/2 of the STCW convention and provides the highest level of competence in passenger safety training. The Crowd Management Training; Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Services to Passengers in Passenger Spaces; Crisis and Human Behavior Management Training; Hull Integrity Training (Management level) course is targeted at Deck and Engine room senior officers and due to its program is suitable for both Ro-Ro ships and Passenger vessels other than Ro-Ro.

Objective:

The course is created in order to provide senior Passenger vessel personnel with the comprehensive understanding of their duties and responsibilities regarding passengers and cargo safety on board and especially in case of emergency.

Course content:

• Passenger and Ro-Ro ship layout and safety details;
• Crowd management in various situations with the focus on emergency on board;
• Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Services to Passengers in Passenger Spaces;
• Human Behavior in an emergency: ways of panic elimination, encouragement and psychological help;
• Shipboard emergency procedures of the Passenger and Ro-Ro vessels;
• Embarkation and disembarkation of the disabled and other groups requiring special assistance;
• Cargo operations on Ro-Ro vessels;
• Dangerous, Hazardous and Harmful Cargos;
• Ro-Ro deck atmosphere;
• Trim, stability and stress calculations;
• Securing hull integrity.

Target Audience: Masters, Chief Maters, Chief Engineers, Second Engineers as well as management level personnel of the Passenger and Ro-Ro ships.
