This course is designed to provide qualification of the certified Commercial Dive Supervisor to the experienced commercial divers. The program focuses on the leadership, health and safety as well as risk control aspects of commercial divers’ team management.

Objective:

Upon completion of the Commercial Dive Supervisor course participants will acquire qualification to supervise commercial dives, plan and manage operations, ensure safety of all team members as well as take over dive accidents and rescue operations.

Course content:

• Dive supervision basics;
• Communication techniques;
• Leadership and motivation;
• Legal aspects of commercial diving supervision;
• Occupational Health and Safety regulations;
• Hazards and accidents prevention and investigation;
• Dive accidents control and rescue operations.

Target Audience: Experienced commercial divers who would like a qualification upgrade  to Commercial Dive Supervisor.

Pre-requisites: An acknowledged certificate of a Commercial Diver, Diver’s medical certificate.

Duration: 4 – 5 days.
