The Coiled Tubing Operations course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of Coiled Tubing equipment characteristics and its practical application in well control including operations performed with nitrogen.

Objective:

The key goal of the Operations is to introduce oil&gas engineers to more subtle aspects of work with coiled tubing equipment with the particular focus on its functions for advanced well control. In addition training syllabus includes benefits of CT employment, risk analysis, measures taken to mitigate the risk of using Coiled Tubing, Downhole Tools and nitrogen application.

• Basic of coiled tubing equipment;
• CT pipe manufacturing and management;
• CT and well control;
• CT Logging, Fill Clean-Out;
• Risk analysis and safety procedures;
• Downhole and Technology Tools;
• Nitrogen Application.

Target Audience: Drilling Engineers and Technician, equivalent positions.

Pre-requisites: previous experience in drilling and well intervention.
