This theoretical training was developed in order to introduce pilots to the principles of the BRM. The Bridge Resource Management for Pilots course covers Situational Awareness, communicational aspects, safety of navigation, Risk Management.

Objective:

The main goal of the Bridge Resource Management for Pilots course is to provide pilots with the understanding of the foundations of the Bridge Resource Management (BRM) to enable them communicate effectively with navigational officers, identify international regulations they operate by and conduct their duties safely as a result.
